Frugain
This policy explains what ExecShot LLC collects, why each piece of information is needed to run the service, who else can see it, and how it can be exported or permanently deleted.

This summary is provided for convenience. The numbered sections that follow are the binding version.
This policy covers the Frugain application at frugain.com and the accounts created within it. Frugain is a product of ExecShot LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, and that company is the controller of the information described here - it decides why and how the information is processed.
Frugain is intended for individuals aged 13 and over. Accounts are not knowingly created for children under 13. Where ExecShot LLC becomes aware that such an account exists, it is deleted along with its records.
Each category below corresponds to information the application stores. Nothing outside this list is collected.

Body measurements, dietary restrictions and allergen exclusions describe health. This information is treated as sensitive: it is used only to operate the features that depend on it, it is never used for marketing, and it is never disclosed to a third party for that third party's own purposes.
Information is not used to build advertising profiles, and it is not sold, rented or otherwise disclosed for another organization's marketing.
Where the General Data Protection Regulation or the UK GDPR applies, ExecShot LLC relies on the following bases.
Information is stored on servers located in the United States. Where information is transferred from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, that transfer is made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as incorporated into the agreements with the providers listed above.
Account and plan information is retained for as long as the account exists. Food, weight and training records are retained on the same basis, because the value of the service depends on history remaining available.
On deletion, records are removed from the live database immediately and cease to be recoverable through the application. Encrypted backups are overwritten on the provider's rolling schedule, within 30 days. Technical logs held by the hosting provider expire on that provider's own retention schedule and are not linked to a profile once the account is gone.
A machine-readable export of an account's records, restriction of processing, objection to processing, or any other right conferred by applicable law may be requested at hello@frugain.com. Requests are answered within 30 days. Identity is verified through the email address on the account.
Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have the right to lodge a complaint with their national supervisory authority. Residents of California may exercise the rights conferred by the California Consumer Privacy Act; ExecShot LLC does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that Act, and no user is treated differently for exercising a right under it.
No system can be guaranteed to be impenetrable. Where a breach affects personal information and applicable law requires notification, affected users and the relevant authorities will be notified without undue delay.
This policy may be updated as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page records the current version. Where a change materially affects how information is used, notice will be given in the application before the change takes effect.
